WORKOUT SCHEDULE
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6am – 7am
Saturday……………………….: 6am – 7:30am
Tuesday, Thursday…………..: 8pm – 9pm

COST
SDRC Members: $40 per Month
Non-Members..: $50 per Month
